Monday Club Night
The best way to be introduced to the club and to meet new people!
Taking place every Monday from 6.40pm – 8.20pm, this is our portal to the club. It's a friendly, social environment involving singles and doubles games.
- No booking needed, just turn up!
- Equipment can be provided
- No obligation, just give it a try
- Requirement: Clean, non-marking shoes
Fees: Free for members / £5.00 for non-members.
Friday Club Night
Our Friday social session runs from 6.00pm – 7.20pm. Like our Monday session, it's a great way to end the week with some friendly games.
Please note: Club nights are informal social sessions run by committee members. While they can offer advice, they are not a formal coaching programme.

Thursday Morning Mix-in
Every Thursday from 9.20am – 11.20am, we host a vibrant social racketball mix-in session.
It's a fantastic way to meet other members and enjoy a morning of exercise in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Fees: £2.00 for members / £5.00 for non-members.
Ladies Morning
Every Wednesday from 10.00am – 12.00pm. a safe space for ladies to play squash and racketball.
Whether you are a beginner or a regular, come along for a fun, social session.
Fees: First session FREE / £2.50 for members / £5.00 for non-members.
Competitive Play
Internal Box Leagues
We have nearly 50 active players in our Squash and Racketball singles box leagues. This is a fantastic way to improve your game and meet new opponents throughout the year.
Leagues are open to all abilities, ensuring you always have a competitive game at your level.
Inter-Club Leagues
The club is highly active in the Devon inter-club leagues. We field several teams across different divisions:
- 4 Mixed Squash Teams
- 2 Ladies Squash Teams
- 3 Mixed Racketball Teams
- 1 Ladies Racketball Team
2025 Highlights: Mixed Squash 1st Team & Ladies Racketball 1st Team finished as Devon League Champions!
Special Events & Tournaments
Summer Teams
The highlight of our summer! 8 weeks of timed handicap matches (2 squash, 2 racketball) followed by food and drinks at the bar.
It's the perfect mix of competition and social networking.
Christmas Fancy Dress
Our annual comical festive competition—where the outfits are just as important as the racket skills! A fun-filled event for all members to end the year on a high note.
Annual Closed Tournaments
Held in March and April, covering singles, doubles, and handicap categories for both Squash and Racketball, including junior specific events. All culminating in trophy presentations and a social celebration.
